Why does it take two weeks for my order to arrive?

Each item is custom made when you place your order. It takes a couple of days to print your shirt and then some time for it to ship to you. Since Shuswap Soul is owned and operated by a 13-year-old, we don't keep much inventory on hand. 

Why does my order ship from the US?

We have a few things that ship from Canada and a few that ship from the US. When we decided to launch Shuswap Soul, we wanted to find a way to sell awesome stuff without creating a whole bunch of inventory. We found a great print on demand partner who happens to be in the US. Trust us, we tried to find a Canadian partner, but haven't been able to find one yet. If you know of a great POD apparel company, we're totally open to the introduction :)  

Do you have a wholesale program?

The short answer is yes. Since launching Shuswap Soul, we have had a number of inquiries about selling Shuswap Soul clothing in shops around the lake. And so we have found a super awesome local shirt screen printer and we are excited to work with retailers from Chase to Sicamous and everywhere in between. Send us an email and we'll share the details.

Do you have more than one design?

We are really excited to have a couple of designs - one with the lake image and another with a cabin. For now, we are working with these two, but sign up to our mailing list and you will be the first to know about new products, designs and promotions.

What is your return policy?

We want you to LOVE your Shuswap Soul gear. If you happen to buy something that doesn't quite fit right, let us know and we will work with you to try to find a solution. 

So here's the deal. We're happy to exchange apparel within 30 days of purchases. To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn in the same condition that you received it. Please email us at shuswapsoul@gmail.com and let us know what you are returning and the product(s) and size(s) you would like to exchange for. Exchanges can take a few weeks as we likely have to order the replacement from our suppliers.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges. If you are shipping an item over $75 we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will send you a note as soon as we get it.
