Do you have a wholesale program?
The short answer is yes. Since launching Shuswap Soul, we have had a number of inquiries about selling Shuswap Soul clothing in shops around the lake. And so we have found a super awesome local shirt screen printer and we are excited to work with retailers from Chase to Sicamous and everywhere in between. Send us an email and we'll share the details.
Do you have more than one design?
We are really excited to have a few awesome designs! We come out with new designs a few times a year. We always have new stuff on the way, sign up to our mailing list and you will be the first to know about new products, designs and promotions.
What is your return policy?
We want you to LOVE your Shuswap Soul gear. If you happen to buy something that doesn't quite fit right, let us know and we will work with you to try to find a solution.
So here's the deal. We're happy to exchange apparel within 30 days of purchases. To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn in the same condition that you received it. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you are returning and the product(s) and size(s) you would like to exchange for. Refunds will be processed once the item is returned to us and will be for the amount of the item exchanged. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Exchanges can take a few weeks as we may have to order the replacement from our suppliers.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for refunds and exchanges. If you are shipping an item over $75 we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will send you a note as soon as we get it.
