With summer almost here (43 days and counting until it's official), it's time to start getting everything ready for life at the lake. I'm looking forward to days spent on the water and warm evenings. We've got a lot of traditions around being at the cabin.

When I think about summer in the Shuswap, it usually involves time on the boat, a campfire, trail running and eating outside. We also have a few things we have to do at least once each summer like getting ice cream from every ice cream place around the Shuswap at least once.
